The assistance was carried out to address common challenges faced by small-scale farmers, including limited knowledge of halal feed standards, dependence on commercial feed with fluctuating prices, and the lack of skills in utilizing locally available raw materials. The program employed a participatory empowerment approach consisting of three main stages awareness and training, which introduced halal feed principles, identification of permissible ingredients, and cost-efficient formulation techniques technical workshops and hands-on practice, where participants collaboratively formulated and produced halal feed using locally sourced materials; and monitoring, which involved periodic supervision, evaluation of feed quality, and assessment of changes in farm productivity. The results of the program indicate a positive impact on the targeted MSMEs. Participants demonstrated an increased understanding of halal feed requirements and the ability to independently formulate balanced rations at lower cost. The application of the newly formulated feed contributed to improved growth rate, feed efficiency, and overall poultry performance. In addition, farmers reported reduced dependence on commercial feed and enhanced confidence in maintaining halal compliance. This program highlights the significance of capacity building and locally based feed innovation as strategic efforts to improve productivity and competitiveness among poultry farming MSMEs.
2025-12-26T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Destiana Kumala, Muhammad Salman Al Farisi, Rofiq Noorman Haryadi, Usman HM, Akmal Ramdanihttps://www.journal.pascasarjana-unpas.web.id/index.php/pascomsidev/article/view/279The Role Of The Internet In Improving The Performance Of Household Assistants At LPK Budi Mulia2025-12-26T20:55:03+07:00Riati Riatiriatibakce@gmail.comRiyadi Mustofariyadimustofa@gmail.comMar’aini Mar’ainimaraini135@gmil.comNefrida Nefridanefrida.pb81@gmail.com
The Internet is a global network that connects millions of devices around the world, enabling the exchange of information quickly and easily, allowing us to access various kinds of information, including information on various menus for household dishes.Utilizing the internet for communication, whether through audio, visual, or audio-visual (video calls), is now possible, regardless of distance and time. The main issue addressed is the predominantly consumptive use of social media, which has not been optimally utilized as a tool for creativity development and entrepreneurship. The program employed a participatory counseling approach based on experiential learning, combining interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, and group discussions. A total of 27 students were selected using purposive sampling, considering their active engagement with social media platforms. The results indicate that interactive learning methods increased student participation, digital literacy awareness, and understanding of social media utilization for creative purposes and digital marketing. However, limitations in resources and the absence of a structured evaluation system constrained the assessment of long-term program impact. Overall, this program demonstrates positive outcomes in fostering creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and productive social media usage among vocational high school students.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Syafrie Amali, Putri Sherlly, Tasya Aulia Trahmawati
